So you have a question? Why not check here and see if we have answered it already?

When and where was it?

Shrewsbury Quarry Park on the 11th &12th May 2019, from 10am to 5pm on both the Saturday and Sunday.

How do I get tickets?

Please wait for the 2020 tickets to become available!

When was it quietest on site?

The event was quietest at 9am for people who had prebought tickets online when we had limited numbers of spaces available on site. It was also quieter after 3pm when the younger children had gone home for a nap.

We were open until 5pm but due to queues and to ensure people were not disappointed. For some of the bigger rides we stopped the queues at 4pm to avoid any disapointment.

If you have a child with extra needs we had a quiet tent where you could escape the hustle and bustle of the event. For these children we recommended coming at the quieter times.

Do you need volunteers?

Yes. The festival will be entirely dependent on volunteers. We’ll need 100 people to donate their time in order for the event to succeed. Our festival is privately-funded and without community support, we won’t last. We need you to help. You can support us by filling out a volunteers form HERE or emailing fun@shropshirefestivals.co.uk

Disabled Access to the festival

The festival was held on grass but is fairly flat. We let carers in for free with a registered disabled person.

Will pictures be taken of my child?

Shropshire Kids Festival have official photographers on site, where the images may be used in promotion of our event via the internet or social media.  Our Photographers will always be wearing official lanyards and will always try to ask permission of the parent or guardian.
